Destroying documents
The document shredding service is primarily the preservation of CONFIDENTIALITY and the data entrusted to us by our clients for disposal. We operate in accordance with DIN 66399, our devices have a certificate confirming the destruction of documents in the appropriate protection class and security level.
Document Shredding Process:
We offer two types of cooperation:
1 – Standing order, lease – we offer secured with a lock, a 240l container where you can insert documents. After it is full, you contact us to replace it with an empty container and to hand over the full container for destruction, after installing a unique seal with a number. We discuss the forms of settlement individually, taking into account the client’s needs.
2 – one-time order, we arrive at the address indicated with our containers, where the documents are reloaded, secured with a seal and transported to the place of destruction.
The vehicles we use to transport your documents are equipped with a GPS locator. The room in which the destruction takes place is monitored by CCTV cameras, secured with an alarm, which is connected to the company that protects our and your property.
Each collection of documents is confirmed by the Document Handover Protocol, and then after destruction, a Document Destruction Certificate is issued in accordance with the contract, we issue a VAT invoice.
Our activity complies with the standards of the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133, item 8830), the Act on the Protection of Classified Information (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 196) and the Waste Act (Journal 2001, No. 62). The process takes place in a monitored room protected by an alarm.
